Refurbishment and spatial redesign of a private apartment, including layout reconfiguration, bespoke furniture solutions and interior finishes, developed in collaboration with the client and project team.

This residential refurbishment involved the reorganisation of an existing apartment to accommodate both domestic living and a dedicated studio space. The project required subtle layout adjustments to improve circulation and spatial clarity while preserving the character of the original structure.
A series of bespoke furniture solutions and sliding partitions were developed to introduce flexibility and maximise usable space. These interventions allowed the apartment to transition between living and working functions without compromising openness or light.
The interior was conceived as a calm architectural backdrop to an extensive private art collection, with careful consideration given to wall composition, sightlines and proportion. Material selections were intentionally restrained, supporting both the artwork and the overall spatial coherence of the apartment.
The result is a flexible, refined living environment that balances functionality, custom detailing and artistic presence.
